A Year of Innovation and Growth

As we close out 2025, we’re excited to share our Copperstone Year in Review: a look back at all the breakthroughs, field work, and milestones we achieved together this year. It’s our version of a “Wrapped,” but for innovation, exploration, and data that makes a difference. Here are a few of the highlights from 2025:

This year we introduced new payloads and features designed to expand how and where data can be collected. These included advancements in dust suppression, remote sampling, sensor integration, and payload customization.

From tailings facilities to remote industrial sites, our HELIX rovers completed dozens of missions in Canada, US, Brazil, and Australia, capturing critical data in locations that are difficult or unsafe for traditional methods.

Our team worked alongside industry partners to uncover deeper insights, from improved volumetric accuracy to new environmental monitoring approaches. Our case studies found 19% more water volume than the boat-based survey, and 27% more water during our comparison survey using the same sonar—proof that coverage matters.

We met many of you at conferences around the world and were grateful for every conversation and collaboration that helped shape our work.

We’re roving into 2026 with a new dust suppression pilot designed to enhance consistency, coverage, and site safety. With new technology on the horizon and expanded production capacity, next year will bring even more ways to support safer, faster, and more reliable data collection.
