A water storage system acts as a reservoir to hold excess water and provides water during periods of drought or low water supplies. Water storage systems must be structurally stable and resistant while being self-standing without the need of support structures. Large water storage systems are often built to resemble natural lakes or ponds.
These bodies of water must be regularly monitored and maintained in all different weather conditions and throughout the year. All inspections and sampling are done safely from the shoreline.
